Due to the perishable nature of many of our products, we currently do not accept returns on:
Fresh fruits and vegetables
Dairy or fermented products
Any opened or used items
However, if you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details at [info@organicdiet.in].

Refunds are processed only under the following circumstances:
You received a damaged or defective product
You were charged for an item that was not delivered
You cancelled your prepaid order before dispat
Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Order Cancellation
