Delivery Areas
We currently offer delivery services across select pin codes in India. To check if we deliver to your location, please enter your pin code during checkout. We are constantly expanding our service areas to reach more customers.
Delivery Timelines
Fresh Produce & Perishables: Delivered within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation (in serviceable areas).
Packaged Goods & Wellness Products: Shipped within 1–3 business days, delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Subscription Orders: Delivered as per the chosen plan/schedule.
Note: Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping Charges
Free Delivery on orders above ₹499 (within selected cities).
A nominal shipping fee of ₹49–₹99 may apply to orders below the minimum order value or for deliveries in extended areas
Order Tracking
Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS so you can monitor the delivery status in real time.
Delivery Guidelines
Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the given delivery address.
In case of a failed delivery due to unavailability or incorrect address, we will attempt a second delivery. Additional charges may apply.
For fresh/perishable items, please refrigerate immediately upon receipt.
